Job Description
*Preparation of Billing Statements and issuance of Official Receipts
*Preparation of monthly and or quarterly 2307 for suppliers
*Preparation of monthly tax-related returns like 0619E, 2550Q
*Provide assistance in documentation requirements with the external auditors and with the BIR
*Recording journal entries and managing the Books of Accounts
*Filing of Accounting and Admin documents and records
*Processing of Business Permit renewals and updating records to other government agencies (SSS, PHIC & PAGIBIG) if necessary
*Assists in other administrative responsibilities like sourcing of supplier, dispatch of documents
*Such other duties as may be designated or assigned by the Company as may be made known to you.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management or equivalent
At least 1 to 2 year experience in related field
Basic knowledge of Accounting or financial principles and Taxation
Good understanding of bookkeeping procedures
Experience in computerized Accounting is a plus but not required
Knowledgeable in MS Excel
